What if I want to exchange or return a product?

Our items are made only after they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary production, please check our size charts to see which size fits. We have one for each item in our store's product description. We currently do not have the option to resell returned items. Therefore, we ask you to consider the environment and avoid ordering unnecessary products.

Of course, mistakes can happen, and you have the right to return the goods within 14 days after delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact us with your order number at info@printsaboutlife.com so that we can inform you about the next steps. The return address depends on the type of return and might not be the one you find on your delivery slip. Therefore, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged product?

Please let us know if something is wrong with your order by contacting us at info@printsaboutlife.com.
Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund your purchase!
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
