When will I receive my order?

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office to find out if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

Where is my order shipped from?

We partner with an on-demand company that fulfills orders using facilities around the world. Depending on where you are located, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Ask at your local post office if the package is there.
  • Inquire with your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbor, get in touch with us at info@printsaboutlife.com with your order number.

If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper with locations worldwide. Depending on your location, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have questions about tracking or your shipment, email us at info@printsaboutlife.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have at info@printsaboutlife.com. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
